Double Deep Pallet Rack

Double deep pallet rack adopts double entry rack to decrease the need of an aisle in the whole system, lowering the pallet selectivity but improving the storage density. It has a stronger capacity of storage, up to 75%-100% than conventional pallet racking. FILO system can achieve 42% space usage and 50% accessibility. The aisle can be designed for forklift with the same structure of adjustable pallet rack. The guide rail per pallet can assist the driver with locating the pallet, reducing the possiblity of error and accident. This type of pallet racking is widely applied in food&beverage, tobacco, paper industry and manufacturing industry.
