Teardrop Pallet Rack(2 Inch Pitch American Standard)

The teardrop pallet rack is mainly consisting of uprights and beams, which is the most universal connector style in pallet racking in terms of its structure, strength, quality of materials and other parameters. The pallet racks are available with customized specifications and load capacities. Standard teardrop design is compatible with most teardrop manufacturers’ products.

The welded upright frame features a fully welded structure, achieving fast installation requiring no tools. The base plate is designed with holes for attaching the column to the floor. Standard teardrop design is compatible with most teardrop manufacturers’ products. 2 inch adjustment of beam levels can be freely made to improve overall safety of the pallet racks.

Bolted upright frame features easy installation, and is available with various specifications and base plates.

Step beams are manufactured according to the RMI standards, which can load up to 14,000 lbs. Designed with safety pins on the beams, installation time is reduced and stability between the beam and upright is greatly improved.

Bracings are designed to protect pallets from falling down when they are not properly placed in the pallet racks.

Wire decking provides higher stability and higher load capacity for the pallet racks. Customized pallet rack wire decks are available upon request.
